I work at.Subway and I don&#039;t think it is the bread a lot of the people who work there and try to clean and with the cleaners when cleaning under a cutting board and a customer comes up they have no time to dry. the stuff up before putting the cutting boards back on the shelf so a lot of it has to do with trying to clean and attend customers at the same time... you get pickle juice, hot pepper juice and etc that dries with it as well it is very hard to keep up with all of that when it is busy]]></description>
